Package Info: Find My Must Have Features
Hello!
Thank you for purchasing a cloth nappy hire package from The Cloth Stash. We’re excited to be helping you find the perfect fit!
Now that your package is on it’s way, here are a few simple steps to follow first before trying them out on your little one:
If the nappies are new (they will be labelled), we recommend putting them through the wash prior to use. After the initial wash, we recommend washing the inserts a few extra times, the agitation from the washing machine helps to build the absorbency. Most brands state that it will take 6-8 washes for your nappies to reach maximum absorbency, drying the inserts in between each wash. If you are using them after only one wash just be aware that you may need to change them more frequently!
***As there are new nappies in your package, we will add an extra week to your hire period to allow for the extra wash time.***
If the nappies are used, they will arrive pre-washed & sanitised, ready to go! If bub has sensitive skin, you may wish to wash them in your regular detergent prior to use.

Not all nappies come with built in stay dry layers, so we have included some reusable microfleece stay dry liners in your package. If you are new to cloth here is some info on when and how to use them!
Returning your nappies:
IF YOU HAVE OR PLAN TO PURCHASE RETURN SHIPPING THROUGH THE CLOTH STASH PLEASE KEEP THE BOX THEY ARE SENT IN FOR RETURNING THE NAPPIES. If you are sending them back in a different box that is larger, additional return shipping costs may be charged.
We will send out an email on the day your hire period ends. This email will include all the details for returning your hire nappies. After your hire period ends, you will have 7 days to wash & dry the nappies in preparation for their return (no sanitising required) so that you can use the nappies for the full duration of your hire period!
