Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia:

We offer a flat rate of $11.95 shipping within Australia or you can pick up your items for free from Weston Creek ACT.

Bulk package shipping is based on the product weight. Refer to the product for shipping costs.

Shipping outside of Australia:

We currently do not offer international shipping. Please feel free to get in touch if you wish to send or receive a package overseas and we will do our best to provide this service for you. 

Processing and Dispatch:

We aim to process and dispatch standard orders within 1-3 business days unless your purchase contains pre-order items. 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification of dispatch via email along with a tracking number. 

We collaborate closely with our brands, so some items in your order may be shipped to you directly from their warehouse. The Cloth Stash cannot control processing and dispatch times for these items, however we have longstanding and trustworthy relationships with our Brands and they share our values when it comes to getting your cloth goodies to you as quickly as possible! The Cloth Stash will liaise directly with the brand to ensure reasonable processing and dispatch times are met and will communicate with you if there are any expected delays on these items.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier. Delivery times are outside of our control. Please contact us if you have not received your package within 10 days of receiving a notification of dispatch. Once the parcel is marked as delivered by our courier they no longer cover any loss or damage to your parcel that may occur.

Our packaging:

While we would love nothing more than to present your package in pretty packaging with all the trimmings, we are making the conscious decision to minimise our environmental footprint where we can. Our packaging, where possible, will be recycled or upcycled....redefining pretty!
