Love the idea of hiring to try different brands and styles for avoiding wasteful purchases.
I was disappointed the preflats were all white, not the pretty colours and patterns photographed, and the all-in-ones had piling. The variety of brands wasn’t as vast as I hoped so it was still worthwhile purchasing trial nappies from different companies myself. There were brands I hadn’t yet discovered though which was good.
The packaging was very nicely organised in twine tied bundles with handwritten labels.
Instructions and contents explanations were sent via email and were helpful, especially the videos. I would have found a print out in the box helpful as I did have to reach out for clarity. Communication was great - quick, helpful, friendly and full of useful links.
Unfortunately, our baby required special care nursery with extra needs once home, so too hard to add in cloth. The hire period was very kindly adjusted to reflect our hospital stay but ultimately we returned it unused. It’s great the box it’s posted in is able to be used for returns via courier - much easier than having to go to the post office with a newborn.
In hindsight, I wish I didn’t order until our baby was here as we lost money. We were able to cancel the next stage hire though.
Love the initiative especially the ability to keep what you like and have item removed from bond.
