Returns & Refunds

Hire products:

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us regarding your change of mind prior to your package being sent and within 30 days of your payment being processed. We will refund the full amount of your hire fee for change of mind, however we will retain your bond to cover our processing costs.

We do not offer a partial refund if you decide to return your hire pack early.

We will offer a full refund on hire fees (excluding shipping costs) if you experience pregnancy loss or if your precious bundle is born sleeping.

Non- hire products : 

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us regarding your change of mind prior to your package being sent and within 30 days of your payment being processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unopened in their original packaging where applicable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For change of mind it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay return postage. There will be a 10% fee deducted from the refund to cover our processing costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible. 

For faulty items we will gladly organise a replacement as per the manufacturer's warranty. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact us at theclothstash@outlook.com to discuss the best way forward. We will cover the postage to get the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible. 

Non-refundable products:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (unless faulty).

Shipping for Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Cloth Stash 35 Maclachlan Street, Holder ACT 2611, Australia 

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty). If you receive a refund for change of mind, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for the returned item until it has been delivered to The Cloth Stash.
