Returning Your Hire Nappies : Prepaid return postage

So…..your hire period has come to an end. Now is a good time to be washing those nappies one last time and preparing them for their return. Please ensure the nappies you wish to return are on their way back to us within 7 days of this email.

Please ensure the nappies are washed and dry, no need to sanitise. Please don't forget to pack any accessories or nappy fasteners included with your hire package....unless you wish to purchase them!

You are welcome to purchase nappies from your hire package. Simply send back the nappies you don't want to keep and when they arrive back we will use your bond towards payment for the ones you have kept (provided the nappies arrive back in a good condition of course). Then, we will either refund you the remaining bond or invoice you the outstanding amount, whichever it ends up to be. Simple!

Once the return parcel is packed and ready to send back, please email us (info@theclothstash.com.au) the weight, height, length & width of the parcel and we will email back a postage label for you to print. If you have kept the original box, then please just provide the parcel weight as we have the measurements on record.

We use couriers a majority of the time so if you have a preferred day for pick up, please let us know.

Need more time with the nappies….you can extend your hire period if you wish. Just get in touch with us and we will organise an extension for you.
